Our web store offers our full line of gas permeable lens care systems and lens care for specialty lenses such as scleral and ortho-k lenses.

In order to shop on the web store, do I need to create an account?
Yes, you can easily create an account and start shopping immediately.
How do I place a web store order?
When in the web store, add products to your shopping cart. When you're finished, click the "Go To Shopping Cart" button. From there, you will be guided through the checkout process. It's easy safe, and secure!
Can I e-mail my order?
Sorry. We cannot accept orders via e-mail. Sending personal information, especially your credit card, through e-mail is not safe or secure and should not be used.

Is the online store secure?
For your security we use the industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology provided to prevent any private information you enter from being intercepted.
Can I purchase all Bausch + Lomb products through your web store?
We currently offer only Bausch + Lomb lens care products approved for gas permeable and specialty contact lenses. For the most part, products are offered ONLY in Lens Care System packaging. These bundled kits are designed to maximize value and convenience while minimizing your cost. If you only need a single product, please visit your local retailer, eye care provider or an online supplier that carries your Bausch + Lomb contact lens solution.
If a product is "Out Of Stock ", when can I expect it to be back in stock?
We will make every effort to replenish any products that are out of stock. We can let you know when it is back in stock for purchase via email if you select "Notify Me" for the item when shopping.
When I place an order, will you let me know if it's been received?
All web store orders will receive an e-mail confirmation containing your order summary. This confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide. Please do not call to check your order status until 48 hours after you have submitted your order. Our system needs time to process the information you send us, and we cannot access that information before the system is ready.
Will my order be taxed?
Applicable taxes will be included on all orders based on shipping address.
Can I order from the web store if live outside the United States?
We can only ship to addresses within the forty-eight (48) Contiguous United States, Hawaii, and Alaska.
What do I do if the product I receive is damaged?

Can I see a record of my transactions on the web store?
When you create a web store account and order, you will be able to access your order history when you log in by selecting "My Account" and then clicking on "My Orders".
Can I have a package delivered on Saturday?
No, we currently do not offer Saturday deliveries.
How do I get free shipping on my orders?
Free Shipping will apply on orders over $20.00 and shipped via standard ground shipping in the continental United States.
What if I need my order faster than standard ground shipping?
During the checkout process, you will have the option to choose a faster shipping method, however, additional shipping charges will apply.
When will my order ship?
Our goal is to process and ship your order on all available goods within two-business day of receipt.

For orders received on weekends and holidays your order will be processed within 24 hours after the next business day. An e-mail notification that your order has been shipped along with a tracking number will be sent to you when your order ships.
When will my order be delivered?
Shipments are made via commercial carrier. In most cases you can expect to receive your order within seven business days or less.
Can I ship to an address other than my own?
Yes, you can ship to another address besides your own. Additional ship-to addresses can be added during the check-out process.

After I've registered and created an account at the online store, how do I log in to see my account on my next visit?
You can get the login screen by typing in the following into the url address: Once you are on the log-in screen, simply add this url to your browser's favorites.
How do I log out of my account?
You can log out at any time by clicking "logout" on the menu bar.
I forgot my password! What should I do?
Click on the "Lost Password" link on the login screen and follow the prompts. You must enter the email address that you use for your account. You will receive an email with a new temporary password. If you do not receive our email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
How do I get free shipping on
As a patient, you qualify for free shipping every time you shop online at by simply spending $20 or more using any payment method.
What kind of patient promotions or programs do you offer on the web store?
In addition to free shipping when you purchase $20.00 or more, we offer a cash back/store credit program to help you save on future orders. Each time you order on the web store, we automatically calculate and add a percentage of that sale as store credit toward your next order. The next time you order on the web store, any available store credit you have will display during check out. Simply apply it against your order and save!
